  • Return: Within 1 day from the date of receiving the item.

2. General Conditions

  • Items that have been used or show signs of wear cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • The item must be returned with all accessories and in its original condition.

  • Do not remove the security plastic tag; it must remain intact for the request to be accepted.

  • Shipping or delivery fees will be deducted in the case of an exchange or return.

  • Bank transaction fees incurred during the return process will also be deducted.

3. How to Submit an Exchange or Return Request
